Welcome! I am so excited to support you in building your business your way.

Before we begin, please take a moment to read through these terms. They exist to make sure we both have total clarity, clear boundaries, and a smooth, supportive working relationship.

By joining The Membership or booking a 1:1 Business Roadmap & Coaching session with untamed.business, you agree to the terms set out below.

1. General Principles

untamed.business provides coaching, community, strategy, and tech guidance space for business owners.

This is not a done for you service. I am here to help you untangle your ideas, sketch your customer journeys, and guide your setups. You remain 100% responsible for executing, building, and running your own business assets.

2. The Membership Terms

Subscription & Billing:

The membership is billed on a recurring monthly basis starting on the day you sign up.

Payment will be processed automatically each month using your chosen payment method.

Cancellations:

Cancel Anytime: There are no lock in contracts. You can cancel your membership subscription at any time before your next billing date through your account settings or by emailing [email protected].

Access Upon Cancellation: Once you cancel, your subscription will stay active until the end of your current paid billing cycle. After that date, your access to the membership workspace, call links, Zine Library, and private Facebook group will automatically end.

Refunds: Membership subscription payments are non-refundable once processed.

Community Expectations: Our private Facebook group and live calls are supportive, quiet, and friendly spaces. We have zero tolerance for spam, aggressive sales pitching, or disrespectful behavior. I reserve the right to remove anyone from the community space who violates these standards without a refund.

3. 1:1 Business Roadmap & Coaching Terms

What Is Included:

1 x 90 minute live strategy and mapping session via Zoom.

A custom written and visual roadmap summary delivered within 5 working days following our call.

Please note that this 1:1 package is focused on our dedicated strategy time and your bespoke roadmap summary. It does not include ongoing follow up support after your summary is delivered.

Payments & Pricing:

All fees must be paid in full prior to our scheduled session unless a payment plan has been explicitly agreed upon in writing.

Payments are non-refundable once our initial live session has taken place, as this covers the time, expertise, and personalised mapping prepared for you.

Rescheduling & Cancellations:

Notice Period: If you need to reschedule our live session, please give at least 24 hours notice.

How to Reschedule: You can reschedule using the booking link provided in your confirmation email or by emailing [email protected].

Late Cancellations & No Shows: Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours notice, or missed entirely without notice, may be forfeited at my discretion.

Preparation: To make the absolute most of our time together, please complete any pre session questionnaire or prep work at least 24 hours before our call so I can review your business details in advance.

4. Intellectual Property

Your Ideas: Everything you share about your business, ideas, and strategies remains 100% your intellectual property and is kept completely confidential.

My Frameworks: Any templates, zines, worksheets, or custom roadmap frameworks provided inside the membership or 1:1 sessions are for your personal business use only and may not be resold, redistributed, or shared publicly.

5. Affiliate Disclosure (Funnel Sketchers)

I am an affiliate for Funnel Sketchers because I personally use and recommend their software. However, Funnel Sketchers is a completely separate company and platform from untamed.business. If you choose to sign up for Funnel Sketchers, you will be subject to their separate software terms and pricing.

6. Results & Guarantee

While I am fully committed to giving you actionable strategy, total clarity, and dedicated support, your business success ultimately depends on your own execution, audience, and market factors. I cannot guarantee specific financial earnings or business outcomes.
